Khosa J. K Chambalo is an up-and-coming writer born in Kalikumbi, Embangweni, Mzimba, Malawi. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation and is currently working on two books entitled: The Culture Between and The Road to Kalilumbi. His stories speak of lives that have been lived and find their depth from the rich grounds of what was forgotten and the existence of people whose names were never remembered by history. He attempts to allow his work to point toward the quiet dignity, resilience, and richness that have, until now, often been denied a voice in contemporary discourses.
